1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777bf ("777bf", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at 777bf.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, payment facilities, and customer support channels.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

To maintain the integrity of the 777bf platform and protect the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including soft-play agreements in poker or matched betting schemes on casino games.

777bf's decision on all matters related to prohibited conduct is final. 7 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777bf platform for your personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

8 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits 777bf's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, 777bf's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
